Ingredients

2 organic salmon fillets

1 Tbsp sweet white miso paste

2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 Tbsp sesame oil

2 Tbsp coconut aminos or tamari

2 Tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp fresh garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, minced

Sea salt

Pepper
Directions
Heat a pan up at medium heat with avocado oil spray.
Add marinade of garlic, ginger, tamari, maple syrup, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sweet white miso paste, salt, and pepper to salmon fillets, and add both to pan skin up.
Sear the top of the salmon fillets for about 5-7 minutes.
Subsequently, add the remainder of the marinade and roast in the oven at 400F for 5-8 minutes until pieces of salmon flake off easily. Enjoy!
