Ingredients

2 bunches organic broccoli rabe, roughly chopped

1 Tbsp avocado oil

2 Tbsp tamari

2-3 garlic cloves, chopped

1 knob fresh ginger, minced

1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

Seaweed gomasio or sesame seeds
Directions
Heat a large sauté pan (high heat), adding avocado oil until heated.
Add chopped garlic and ginger, and lower heat. Wait for garlic and ginger to become fragrant.
Add broccoli rabe, and sauté on medium heat with tamari and chili flakes until the vegetables turn bright green and are tender (like in this picture!). Remove from heat.
Season with sea salt, toasted sesame oil, and sesame seeds / gomasio. Serve!
