Ingredients

2 Tbsp tahini

2 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp dijon mustard

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 garlic clove, minced

2-3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp cumin

Sea salt
-
Pepper
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add tahini, water, lemon, minced garlic, olive oil, dijon mustard, cumin, sea salt, and pepper.
Mix it until your dressing has a creamy consistency. Adjust flavor or consistency if needed, adding more water, olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, or tahini if desired.
Serve with crunchy leafy greens! In the salad pictured here, I added sliced Persian cucumbers, freshly chopped dill, organic sunflower sprouts, and half an avocado with seaweed gomasio sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
Store any leftover dressing in a mason jar in the fridge.
