Ingredients

1 bunch dinosaur kale, chopped and stems removed

3-4 celery sticks, chopped

1 head broccoli, chopped into florets

1/2 avocado, chopped into small cubes

1 tsp raw hemp seeds

1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 lemon, juiced

Sea salt
Directions
Chop the dinosaur kale, and massage gently (using washed hands!) with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice in a large bowl until kale leaves are tender.
Chop up the celery and broccoli into small pieces, and add to salad along with hemp seeds and half of an avocado.
Mix all of the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper, additional hemp seeds, and nutritional yeast if you wish! Enjoy.
