Ingredients

2 red heirloom tomatoes, chopped

1 yellow heirloom tomato, chopped

1 avocado, chopped into pieces

1 bunch of scallions, thinly sliced diagonally

1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 lemon, juiced

Sea salt
Directions
Chop/slice heirloom tomatoes, avocado, and scallions, and add to a mixing bowl.
Toss to combine with olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt. Enjoy!
